Tonight will be marinated pork chops done on the grill, steamed broccoli and cauliflower and maybe some rice if I feel like making it... and jello for dessert.

Last night's was good but I didn't get on here until this morning but I should think that's still okay to post it? We had peppered ham, with cauliflower cheese (a ready-made version that had nutmeg in it - very interesting), peas, halved tomatoes cooked in the microwave, and chips. Accompanied by a reduced alcohol sparkly white zinfandel. Then we had strawberries with cornish ice cream. Today I think I am gonna do my 'famous' kedgeree.

I'm cooking that tomorrow except broccoli instead of the gr.beans and minus the dessert. I throw my chicken in the Rotissiere so I do not have to fuss a lot. Today I broiled marinated steaks with summer squash w/basil, garlic bread, and a tossed salad. My son had chocolate pudding with whip cream for dessert (I want some!) CMT

MMM, chocolate pudding drowning in cream is one of my favorite desserts! I prefer just the cream though, not whipped. Tomorrow night I think will be Mustard crusted Pork Loin - the pork loin was on sale today and I had 2 $1.00 cupons too, so I bought 2 of them. Or, it might be turkey burgers on the grill if I don't feel like the Pork Loin.

Ta_Mosquito~ If I am not mistaken it is a carmelized sauce that you pour over the meat. Basically sugar, wine or vinegar reduced by carmeling and adding fruit. CMT

Went out to eat tonight. Ordered chopped steak, baked potato, and soup and salad bar. Got full on the soup and salad, so I guess I will have the steak for lunch tomorrow. I am not usually real big on soup in the summer but for this particular local restaurant I will make an exception. I wish I had the recipe because it is gooooood!
